Dear Mantra Family, We are excited to announce the launch of our Daily Workout at Home Platform with Lagree inspired Pilates classes that can be done safely from home. Proceeds from these classes will go to support your trainers and basic needs of the business. NEW workouts are added EVERYDAY and all classes are available ON DEMAND so you can workout whenever and wherever you want! Mega-Mat classes work to strengthen, lengthen and tone your entire body and core using slow controlled movements with no impact on the joints. Classes can be done from home using simple items from around the home. Each 30-minute class is filled with exercises following the same principles used during regular megaformer classes. Cost: $34.95/month approx. $1/day (Regularly $49.95) for unlimited virtual classes and includes a 7 day FREE Trial.
